The funding was provided through a third-party allotment of new shares underwritten by Coreline Ventures, based in Redwood City, California, an independent venture capital firm established in January 2025 after spinning out from DCM Ventures. The firm invests primarily in seed and early-stage companies in the United States, Japan, and South Korea. The firm has supported the growth of numerous domestic and international startups.
