Nitra, a New York–based AI-native operating platform for healthcare practices, has secured $187 million in financing.
The round includes $72 million in equity financing, comprised of a $50 million Series B round and a previously unannounced $22 million Series A completed in August 2025, along with $20 million in venture debt from Avenue Capital Group and a $95 million expanded warehouse facility, bringing Nitra’s total capital raised to $205 million.
