NavVis Raises $85M Series D

NavVis, based in Munich, Germany, is a spatial data platform provider for the built world. The company has secured $85 million in a Series D funding round to further develop its spatial data engine and accelerate its artificial intelligence product roadmap.

Investors

The round was led by The Jordan Company (TJC). Additional participating investors include existing shareholders Yttrium, a consortium of industrial Family Offices, KOZO KEIKAKU ENGINEERING Inc. (KKE), and Cipio Partners.

NavVis plans to invest the capital into the next generation of technology and infrastructure needed to scale its spatial data processing. The funds will also support the development of an artificial intelligence layer designed to make spatial data semantic, actionable, and accessible for operators, robots, and agents involved in physical AI for construction and industrial applications.

About NavVis

Founded in 2013 by Dr. Felix Reinshagen and Dr. Georg Schroth, NavVis provides a spatial twin platform that combines mobile reality capture technology with an enterprise cloud platform. The company's mission is to keep physical and digital reality synchronized for industrial assets, providing a system of record for construction sites, factories, and other complex infrastructure.
