
Nace.AI, a Palo Alto, California-based applied AI company building specialized intelligence powered by its MetaModel architecture, has raised $21.5 million in Seed funding.
Alongside the funding round, the company is launching its new product in research preview: a model for professional work in which more than 100 specialized AI agents autonomously manage complex workflows.

The round was led by Walden Catalyst, with participation from General Catalyst and several institutional and angel investors.
Walden Catalyst is a San Francisco-based venture capital firm focused on early-stage deep tech investments. The firm operates internationally, backing founders across the U.S., Europe, and Israel. With an inaugural fund of $550 million, Walden Catalyst supports companies in the AI, semiconductor, cloud infrastructure, and digital biology sectors.
Nace.AI Use of Funds
The company will use the funding to expand Nace.AI’s research preview platform, further develop its MetaModel technology and specialized AI agents, and grow its expert validation network for enterprise workflows.
