Mogul.sg, a Singapore-based AI-driven property portal, raised $6.6 million (S$9 million) in a Series A funding round led by Nech Capital.
The funds will be used to add additional features to the website’s 3D map – including indoor mapping and navigation – and provide additional data that will help users derive more accurate property valuations.
Earlier this year, the startup launched an interactive 3D map in its property search portal to create a more immersive home-buying experience.
“We have been consistently adding features to our website, so that users – be they buyers, sellers, agents or real estate developers, can improve their productivity with the tools provided. With this aim in mind, we were careful in the selection of incoming investors during this Series A round,” said Gerald Sim, chief executive officer and founder, of Mogul.sg.
Mogul.sg aims to eventually help people conduct property transactions directly on the platform.
