Mixpanel, a San Francisco CA and Boston MA-based provider of a product analytics solution, raised $200 million in Series C funding round led by Bain Capital Tech Opportunities, valued Mixpanel at $1.05 billion.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development and expand operations. To date, $277 million has been invested in Mixpanel, including its previous $65 million Series B investment led by Andreessen Horowitz in 2014.
