Minoa, a Berlin, Germany-based software company specializing in value and pricing management solutions for enterprise SaaS sales, closed an over-subscribed €2.5 million in a pre-seed funding round.
The round was led by 468 Capital, with the participation of notable investors such as Mischief, AirAngels, Alumni Ventures, and Fidi Ventures.
Additionally, prominent angel investors including Mathilde Collin (Front founder), Russ Heddleston (DocSend founder), and senior executives from Amazon, Airbnb, and Salesforce also contributed to the funding.
The newly acquired funds will be primarily utilized to expand Minoa's team in San Francisco. The company is actively seeking a founding engineer (full-stack engineer) and a founding UX/UI designer to bolster its workforce and enhance product development capabilities.
