MemoraX AI Raises Seed Round

Shenzhen-based MemoraX AI, a software company specializing in AI memory infrastructure for large language models, has secured hundreds of millions of RMB in a Seed++ round of financing. This latest capital injection follows two earlier rounds completed in April and May 2026, highlighting significant investor confidence in the company's technical advancements and commercial scalability.

This round was led by Beiyang Haitang Fund, Shanshi Capital, and Ren'ai Capital, with participation from Yinxingu Capital. Existing shareholders Huayue Tiancheng and Datai Capital also provided additional investment. Lighthouse Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for the transaction.

MemoraX AI Use of Funds

MemoraX AI plans to utilize the capital to accelerate core research and development of long-term memory technology for large models. The funds will support the standardization and large-scale commercial implementation of its memory modules across B-end industries and C-end interactive products, further strengthening its technological and business growth.
