The round was led by Covera Health, with participation from existing investors Origin Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, Digital Health Venture Partners, and Toppan Global Venture Partners.
Covera Health is a clinical intelligence and AI-enabled diagnostic technology company that focuses on improving patient outcomes by reducing diagnostic errors, primarily in radiology. Powered by AI-driven analytics and partnerships that connect payers, providers, and employers, Covera identifies variability in imaging performance and enables continuous quality improvement across the healthcare system.
As part of the funding, Dr. Rob Epstein, senior healthcare advisor at Insight Partners and Covera Health investor, will join Medmo’s Board of Directors.
Medmo Use of Funds
The company will use the funds to expand its platform’s reach into value-based care workflows, develop new offerings for insurers focused on quality and care gaps, and further enhance automation in radiology referral management.
