Matters, an AI-powered personal finance startup based in Europe, has emerged from stealth with $5 million in pre-seed funding. The company is developing an AI-native consumer banking platform designed to improve financial wellbeing through automated spending management, personalized savings guidance, and a subscription-based business model.
