Lucidya, a Saudi-based customer experience management platform, successfully raised $6 million in Series B funding to expand its services across MENA.

The round was led by Rua Growth Fund, with participation from Venture Souq, M.A.L Ventures, AlRashed Group (ARG), and other international Venture Capitals

The latest funding will further support the development and enhancement of Lucidya’s customer experience management platform and expansion across the MENA region.
