Lorikeet Raises $35 Million in Series A

Lorikeet, an Australia-based AI startup building universal AI concierges for customer service, has raised $35 million in Series A funding, bringing its total funding to over $50 million. 

Investors 

The round was led by QED Investors, with participation from Blackbird, Square Peg, Airtree, Capital49, Skip Capital, Operator Partners, and Athletic Ventures, along with the founders of Airwallex and Canva. 

QED Investors is a leading venture capital firm founded in 2007 and headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia. Specializing in high-growth fintech companies worldwide, QED has invested in over 250 startups, including more than 30 unicorns. The firm focuses on backing bold entrepreneurs who are transforming financial services through innovation and technology. 

Lorikeet Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to double down on product R&D and expand its global go-to-market operations in the second half of 2025.
