Link11, a Frankfurt am Main, Germany-based IT security provider, has closed €26.5 million in a financing round.
The investment was from Dutch investor Pride Capital Partners, who acquired a minority stake in the company and provided additional mezzanine financing.
Founded in 2014, Pride Capital Partners is a private equity firm based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The firm provides buyouts, growth, mezzanine loans, management buyouts, and acquisition financing to software and information and communications technology companies.
