Lifespark Raises $20 Million in Series B

Lifespark, formerly Lifesprk, a Minneapolis-based leader in whole-person services for seniors, raised $20 million in a Series B funding round led by a Virgo-managed fund.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to advance its operating system and proprietary technology platform and UCare, a Medicare Advantage provider in Minnesota, to serve Minnesota seniors holistically with a multiproduct strategy.
