Lifeguard, an Austin, Texas-based AI-powered digital security guard for consumers and their families, has raised $1.3 million in Seed funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by ScOp Venture Capital, a Southern California-based firm focused on early-stage SaaS and AI companies. 

ScOp Venture Capital primarily invests in pre-growth technology companies, with a focus on software, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), artificial intelligence, and e-commerce. 

Lifeguard Use of Funds 

The investment will accelerate its roadmap and growth. The funding will help Lifeguard expand its business, scale its technology, and grow its team.
