LICENSEWARE Raises 800,000 EUR Seed

LICENSEWARE, a Romanian technology company headquartered in Bucharest that provides a SaaS platform for intelligent software license management, has raised 800,000 EUR in a seed funding round. The company plans to use the capital to accelerate international expansion across markets including the US, EU, and UK, grow its product development and sales teams, and strengthen integrations with other enterprise software tools.

Investors

The round was led by BCR Seed Starter, the corporate venture capital fund of Banca Comercială Română. Additional participants include Inspire Capital and business angel investors from the Bravva Angels community, alongside existing shareholders.

LICENSEWARE Use of Funds

LICENSEWARE will use the proceeds to accelerate international expansion in markets including the US, the EU, Australia, Canada, and LATAM. The funds will also support the growth of the product development and sales teams and facilitate the strengthening of integrations with enterprise tools used by their customers.
