Lexroom, a Milan, Italy-based startup using generative AI to transform the legal sector, has closed $19 million in a Series A funding round.

The round was led by Base10 Partners, with participation from Acurio Ventures, View Different, Riccardo Zacconi, and existing investors Entourage, Verve Ventures, and Joe Zadeh.
Base10 Partners is a venture capital firm founded in 2017 and headquartered in San Francisco, California. The firm focuses on investing in early-stage companies that bring automation to traditional sectors of the economy, which it refers to as the “automation of the real economy.” It primarily invests in companies applying automation to industries such as finance, food, healthcare, retail, logistics, and construction.
Following the investment, Rexhi Dollaku, General Partner at Base10 Partners and a long-time investor, will join Lexroom’s board.
