Klearcom, a Waterford, Ireland-based SaaS startup that provides a customer-call path testing platform, raised €1.5 million in pre-Series A funding.
The round was led by Furthr VC, with participation from Enterprise Ireland and HBAN’s Bloom Equity syndicate. The investment will support the team's growth, and it plans to add to its technical, marketing, and sales teams.
The funds will be used to advance product development, with greater use and wider application of artificial intelligence (AI) being a major focus for the company.
Using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, Klearcom tests Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, which are used by businesses to manage incoming calls. The company operates across four continents, and its global client base spans all industries and includes large multinational pharma, enterprise software, credit card, and emergency services companies.
Klearcom is currently on track to grow to a team of 50 by year's end in 2024, while revenues are expected to more than double this year.
