Kargo, a San Francisco, CA-based industrial AI company for supply chain and logistics, has raised $42 million in Series B funding.

The round was led by Avenir, with participation from Linse Capital, Hearst Ventures, Lightbank, and previous investors Matter Venture Partners and Sozo Ventures. 

Avenir is a growth equity firm that takes a first-principles–based approach to identify large markets undergoing disruption and seeks to back companies best positioned to take advantage of these changes. The firm specializes in Series B, C, and late-stage growth investments. 

Kargo Use of Funds

The funding will accelerate deployment of Kargo’s AI platform across warehouses and logistics centers, expand enterprise customer adoption, and enhance its agentic AI applications for back-office workflows.
