The investment was led by Sumeru Equity Partners, with participation from existing investor Edison Partners.
Sumeru provides growth capital at the intersection of people and innovative technology, supporting founders and management teams with both funding and scaling partnerships. The firm has invested over $3 billion across more than 50 platforms and add-on investments in enterprise technology companies, primarily in North America and Europe.
As part of the transaction, Sumeru becomes the majority shareholder.
K1x Use of Funds
The company will use the funds to enhance its platform capabilities, accelerate product development using machine learning and generative AI, and strengthen customer experience and support infrastructure.
