JUPUS Raises €6.5 Million in Seed Round

JUPUS, a Cologne, Germany-based legal tech startup that provides automated AI solutions for law firms, has raised €6.5 million in seed funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Acton Capital, with participation from existing investors High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and several business angels. 

Acton Capital is an international venture capital firm with offices in Munich and Vancouver. Since 1999, the team has been investing in technology-based business models across Europe and North America. With over two decades of experience and a deep understanding of digital transformation, Acton Capital has supported more than 100 startups. 

JUPUS Use of Funds 

The company plans to use the funds to develop its AI software further, expand its market share, and accelerate the automation of legal work.
