The funding aims to address the hiring needs of companies in the industrial sector and support Jombone's growth and expansion plans.

With the backing of FedDev Ontario, Jombone plans to hire 26 highly skilled individuals at its Mississauga location. The startup also intends to accelerate the development of its staffing platform, specifically targeting industrial frontline workers, and adapt it to the United States market.

The startup utilizes technologies like artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics, along with industry expertise from professional recruiters, to recruit, screen, and establish pools of candidates.
