The round was led by Base10 Partners, with participation from Sequoia and a16z scouts, Kfund, Kibo, LifeX, and several unicorn-founders.
Base10 is a San Francisco–based venture capital firm that invests in founders who believe purpose is key to profits and in companies automating sectors of the real economy. Through its Advancement Initiative program, Base10 donates 50% of its earnings to underfunded colleges and universities to support financial aid and other key initiatives. Portfolio companies include Notion, Figma, Nubank, Stripe, Popmenu, Aurora Solar, and Chili Piper.

The company will use the funding to scale its AI observability platform, expand agent capabilities across channels, and accelerate product development and go-to-market efforts.
