Hunar.AI, an India-based conversational AI startup, has raised ₹40 crore in a Series A funding round, bringing its total funding to ₹65 crore. The company provides specialized AI agents designed for the hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of frontline workforces.

The round was led by Blume Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on the Indian startup ecosystem. Additional investors include Hyderabad Angels Fund, Together Fund, Seedstars, AVNM Ventures, Prateek Maheshwari, Alakh Pandey, and Aditya Vuchi.

Hunar.AI Use of Funds

Hunar.AI plans to use the new capital to enhance its research and development initiatives, specifically focusing on building internal inference capabilities and small language models tailored for workforce management. The funds will also support the development of new product features and facilitate expansion across frontline-heavy sectors, with a long-term strategy to target international markets including the Middle East, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
