Hone, an Encinitas, California-based live learning platform for management training that cultivates soft skills with hard data, raised a $16 million Series A to accelerate its mission to reimagine corporate training for the modern workplace.

The round was led by F-Prime, with participation from Cowboy Ventures, NextGen Venture Partners, Slack Fund, Gaingels, SemperVirens, and Swift Ventures. 

The additional capital will allow Hone to add deeper learning analytics to its platform, more engaging community experiences, and additional content in areas like coaching, teamwork, DEI, wellness, and mental health.
