Holifya Raises €2M Seed

Holifya, a digital health startup based in Italy that provides AI-supported care for obesity treatments, has raised €2 million in a seed funding round, bringing its total raised to €2.5 million.

Investors

The round, comprising €1.6 million in equity and €0.4 million in debt capital and grants, was led by Next Age, the Silver Economy program of CDP Venture Capital’s National Accelerator Network, established by CDP Venture Capital and AC75. The round also included Growth Engine, which renewed its commitment from the previous round, as well as Doorway, 20Fund, with its GP Serra Elizabeth Falk, and Zooga VC. Notable business angels participating in the round included Micol Fornaroli, Pier Francesco Rimbotti, Tommaso Gamaleri, Duccio Vitali, and Matteo Mainetti.

Holifya Use of Funds

Holifya plans to use the new capital to strengthen its technology and data team and further develop its proprietary artificial intelligence models. Additionally, the funding will support B2C growth, the development of strategic distribution partnerships throughout Italy, and the expansion of the company's internal clinical team.
