HeyDonto AI Technology, based in Knoxville, Tennessee, is an AI-native data intelligence company that announced the close of a $20 million seed funding round at a $200 million valuation. The company develops software solutions, including its flagship Conduit platform, to solve data interoperability challenges in the dental healthcare sector.

Investors

The round was led by a group of eight private investors, consisting of practicing dentists and dental industry veterans. The investment group also included several family offices with healthcare and technology portfolios.

HeyDonto AI Technology Use of Funds

HeyDonto plans to use the capital to scale its Conduit exchange infrastructure and FHIR data platform. The company will expand SMART on FHIR application connectivity with major medical EHR platforms like Epic and Oracle/Cerner, broaden dental practice management system connectivity, accelerate standard adoption within the Oral Health Interoperability Alliance, and grow its engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
