Healthleap, a San Francisco-based clinical AI platform that screens patients for undiagnosed conditions, has raised $38 million in combined seed and Series A funding. The company, which currently operates in more than 50 hospitals, analyzes patient electronic health records to help clinical teams identify and treat conditions like malnutrition, congestive heart failure, and hospital-acquired infections earlier in the care process.
