The round was led by Glilot+, the early growth fund of Glilot Capital Partners, with participation from ClearSky and existing investors Hanaco Ventures, iAngels, and GKFF Ventures.
Founded in 2011, Glilot Capital Partners is a seed and early-stage venture fund that invests in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and big data companies. Based in Herzliya, Israel, the firm seeks to invest in software, technology, artificial intelligence, big data, and cybersecurity sectors.
Guardz Use of Funds
The company will allocate the funds to hiring more engineering talent to further evolve the Guardz product. The company is based in Israel and primarily serves customers in the U.S., U.K., and Australia. Guardz plans to continue expanding globally, enhance technology development, and add 50 additional employees in the year 2024.
