Transition VC, an Indian venture capital firm based in Bengaluru, specializes in early-stage (Seed and Series A) impact investments in startups developing breakthrough technologies for decarbonization. The fund's primary focus areas include clean mobility, energy storage, green hydrogen, industrial decarbonization, and other climate-tech solutions. The firm is on a mission to offset 40 million tons of carbon emissions by investing in breakthrough technologies while delivering extraordinary financial returns for its LPs.
GreenFi Use of Funds
The company will use the funding to scale its global distribution network, strengthen AI product innovations, and expand its presence in California, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Additionally, GreenFi aims to deepen AI research, enhance its sustainability intelligence engine, and grow through global partnerships and customer onboarding.
