The round was led by venture capital firm Shadow Ventures with participation from GroundBreak Ventures, Hamilton Ventures, and additional private investment partners.
The capital will be used to continue to augment Green Badger's functionality to automate green construction compliance and enhance the sustainability of the built environment.
