Graas Raises $40 Million in Series A

Graas, a Singapore-based e-commerce solutions platform, announced that it raised over $40 million in Series A funding.

The round was led by venture capital (VC) firm Kejora-led special purpose vehicle (SPV) Galaxy, Performa, Integra Partners, Yuj Ventures, and AJ Capital. The round also saw participation from multiple angel investors from India and South-East Asia (SEA).

Graas will use the funding to acquire Pune-based D2C platform Shoptimize and Chennai-based marketplace specialist SELLinALL.

The company will also use the funds to expand operations in Southeast Asia, increase recruiting across different verticals, and launch its "Growth-as-a-Service" (GaaS) technology solution.

As part of the deal, the founders of both Shoptimize and SELLinALL will join the board of Graas and will work as part of the consolidated entity.
