GoodShip Raises $8 Million in Series A

GoodShip, a Nashville, TN-based all-in-one platform for freight network orchestration and procurement, has raised $8 million in Series A funding, bringing its total raised to $15.4 million.  

Investors  

The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors like Ironspring Ventures, Chicago Ventures, FUSE VC, and Cercano Management, alongside new backing from 53 Stations, Andrew Silver, Nichole Wischoff, and other notable angels.   

Bessemer Venture Partners is a venture capital and private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in India, Israel, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom. The firm invests in enterprise, consumer, and healthcare early-to-late-stage startups.    

GoodShip Use of Funds  

The company will use the funds to expand the team, accelerate feature development, and support a growing roster of customers that includes many of the nation’s largest shippers.
