The round was co-led by Accelia Capital and Graphite Ventures, with participation from Sprout Fund, Developer Capital, Telegraph Ventures, and several strategic angels.
Accelia Capital is a Canadian venture capital fund based in Montreal, Quebec, launched in 2021 with $60 million in assets under management. The fund’s primary objective is to support innovative, high-growth technology companies that are owned or led by women. Accelia focuses on seed and early-stage (Series A) investments in technology sectors such as FinTech, Health Tech, and AI across Quebec and Canada.
Graphite Ventures is a Canadian seed-stage venture capital firm dedicated to helping B2B founders build capital-efficient growth companies. The firm provides initial investments typically ranging from $100K to $5M to help founders grow efficiently and scale toward their Series A rounds.
Glowtify’s Use of Funds
The company will use the funds to expand its AI engineering and go-to-market teams, grow Glowtify’s presence in Canada and the U.S., and enhance its AI-powered marketing platform.
