Glints Raises $50 Million in Series D

Glints, a Singapore-based leading talent ecosystem in Southeast Asia, announced that it raised $50 million in Series D funding.

The round was co-led by DCM Ventures, Lavender Hill Capital, and returning investor PERSOL Holdings, with participation from Endeavor Catalyst and existing investors including Monk’s Hill Ventures, Fresco Capital, and Binny Bansal, co-founder of Flipkart.

This Series D will serve as a springboard for greater success as Glint pursues its vision of assisting people and organizations in realizing their human potential.

Glint will use the new funds to enter the next phase of its operations and will make investments in the following areas:

>Market expansion into the Philippines and a growing global employer base.

>Glints team expansion, particularly in a product, engineering, and data.

>Product development with a focus on tools that assist our talent in building career capital.

As part of the investment, Lavender Hill Capital founding partner Xiaoyin Zhang and DCM Ventures general partner Ramon Zeng will join Glints’ board.
