Gladly, a San Francisco, CA-based company that provides customer service solutions, has secured $40 million in funding. 

The company has also launched its unified Customer Service Platform, powered by advanced AI, aiming to disrupt outdated ticket-based systems.

The funding round was led by AXA Venture Partners (AVP), a venture capital firm specializing in high-growth, technology-enabled companies. AVP manages over $2 billion in assets across four investment strategies: venture, growth, late, and fund of funds. With offices in New York, London, and Paris, AVP has invested in more than 60 technology companies in the venture and growth stages in the U.S. and Europe.
