Garvis Raises €3.5 Million in Funding

by Kay Aloha Villamor September 29th, 2022

Garvis, an Antwerp, Belgium-based revolutionary SaaS company that radically puts the planner at the center of the universe through a bionic demand planning and stock optimization system, announced that it raised €3.5 million in funding.

The investment was from the British investment funds Superseed, Scalebridge Capital, and the German group Bosch Ventures.

With this new capital injection, Garvis intends to increase the accessibility of its AI platform and continue its international expansion.

The platform designed by Garvis identifies all the environmental factors that affect the company. It uses Open Box AI to respond to global fluctuations in shopping behavior. Sudden changes and fluctuations in demand patterns are quickly spotted. Garvis collaborates with the University of Antwerp to continuously optimize its predictive algorithms. Its partner, Delaware, is also supporting the sale of the platform.

'The person in charge of the planning can communicate, directly and transparently, with the artificial intelligence, through what we call a bionic interface. She uses her experience to automatically convert real-time data into extremely accurate plans. Companies can thus optimize their stocks, make better use of the raw materials at their disposal and guarantee better service to their customers.' said Piet Buyck, CEO of Garvis.

More than 50 well-known businesses, including Jacobs Douwe Egberts, now utilize the platform.
