Funnel Leasing, a Tampa, FL-based Renter Management Software platform provider has raised $32 million in a Series B-2 financing.

Founded in 2017, RET Ventures is a venture capital firm based in Park City, Utah. The firm prefers to invest in companies operating in the real estate technology sector.

The funding will be used to expand the company's sales and marketing teams and further develop the platform. Funnel Leasing is the industry's first RMS platform and has already gained adoption by major owners and operators in the multifamily industry.
