Flyle Raises ¥1.88B Series A

Flyle, a Tokyo-based company providing AI agent services for contact center and customer experience operations, has raised 1.88 billion JPY in Series A funding. This latest injection of capital brings the company's total funding to approximately 2.27 billion JPY.

Investors

The funding round included participation from ALPHA, ALL STAR SAAS FUND, Firstlight Capital, Aflac Ventures Japan, Japan Post Capital, Salesforce Ventures, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital, Mizuho Capital, and SMBC Venture Capital.

Flyle Use of Funds

Flyle plans to use the new capital to strengthen its product development and customer support systems. The funding will also be used to accelerate support for enterprise companies as they undergo phased AI transformation through the deployment of the company's suite of AI agent services.
