Flai Raises $27M Series A

Flai, an AI-native CRM and automation platform for automotive dealerships, announced that it has raised $27 million in a Series A funding round. The company, which specializes in automating dealership communications and operational workflows, has seen rapid growth over the past year and currently manages scheduling for over 50,000 appointments per month.

Investors

The funding round was led by Base10 Partners. Additional participants included Toyota Ventures, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, The Friedkin Group, and Findlay Automotive Group.

Flai Use of Funds

Flai plans to use the new capital to invest aggressively in product development and engineering, deepen its platform integrations, and expand the range of administrative workflows that its AI agents can automate within dealership environments.

About Flai

Founded to address inefficiencies in dealership customer management, Flai provides an AI-native Service and Sales CRM.
