finmid, a Berlin-based embedded lending company, has raised €17 million in a Series A extension round, bringing its total funding to date to €52 million. The company provides financing infrastructure that enables platforms to offer embedded lending products to their business customers.
Investors
The round was backed by Big Pi Ventures and Mainset, with existing investor Earlybird also participating.
finmid Use of Funds
finmid plans to use the new capital to expand its asset finance products, multi-source funding infrastructure, and underwriting capabilities. The funding will also support the company's entry into vehicle financing and marketplace loans for partners including Bolt and Skroutz.
