New York-based payments technology startup Fin.com has emerged from stealth mode, announcing it raised $20 million in a seed funding round. The company focuses on building global payment infrastructure designed to assist businesses in moving stablecoins into local bank accounts and digital wallets.

The funding round was led by Expa and Uber cofounder Garrett Camp. Additional participants include Coinbase Ventures, Tenet Fund, the founders of Figure, Mesh founder Bam Azizi, Second Sight Ventures, and various sovereign and royal family offices in the Gulf and Africa.
Fin.com Use of Funds
Fin.com plans to utilize the new capital to expand its payment infrastructure platform, which enables businesses to bridge the gap between digital assets and local banking systems, with a specific focus on underbanked markets in South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
