Fieldguide, a San Francisco, CA–based agentic, AI-native platform for audit and advisory, has raised $75 million in Series C funding, valuing the company at $700 million.

The round was led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, with participation from new investor Geodesic and existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, and Thomson Reuters. The raise brings Fieldguide’s total funding to $125 million.

Fieldguide Use of Funds
The funding will be used to scale Fieldguide’s AI-native platform, expand adoption among audit and advisory firms, and further develop agentic AI workflows for regulated environments.
