Félix, a Miami-based fintech startup offering an AI-powered WhatsApp remittance platform for Latino immigrants, has secured $200 million in a Series C funding round. The company has now raised a total of nearly $300 million to date.
Investors
The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and General Catalyst. Andreessen Horowitz led an $87 million equity investment with participation from QED Investors, Castle Island Ventures, Switch Ventures, Contour Venture Partners, and Endeavor Catalyst. General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund committed $113 million in debt financing.
Félix Use of Funds
Félix plans to use the newly raised capital to expand its product offerings and enter new markets across Latin America.
