ElevenLabs, a New York–based AI company specializing in human-like voice and conversational AI, has raised $500 million in a Series D round, bringing its valuation to $11 billion.

The round was led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz (quadrupling down), ICONIQ (tripling down), Lightspeed Venture Partners, Evantic Capital, BOND, and continued support from existing investors BroadLight, NFDG, Valor Capital, AMP Coalition, and Smash Capital. Total funding since the company’s founding in 2022 now stands at $781 million.
Sequoia Capital, headquartered in Menlo Park, California, specializes in seed-stage, early-stage, and growth-stage investments across the technology sector. The firm focuses on helping founders build legendary companies from inception to IPO and beyond.
Andrew Reed, a General Partner at venture capital firm Sequoia Capital, will join the ElevenLabs board.
ElevenLabs Use of Funds
The funding will support the expansion of ElevenAgents, development of ElevenCreative and ElevenAPI, research on emotional conversational models, dubbing, audio general intelligence, and global market expansion with locally embedded teams.
