Effectiv, a San Francisco, CA-based fintech startup that offers a no-code fraud & risk management platform for mid-sized banks, credit unions & fintechs, announced a $4 million seed funding.

The round was led by Accel, with participation from REV (funded by RELX) and other industry leaders. 

Effectiv intends to use the funds for technology development, growing the team in the US, and marketing.
