Echelon Raises $4.75 Million in Seed Round

Echelon, a San Francisco, CA–based AI platform automating enterprise IT implementations and managed services, has emerged from stealth with $4.75M in seed funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Bain Capital Ventures, with additional participation from angels and executives from Anthropic, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Meta, Atlassian, and PagerDuty. 

Bain Capital Ventures is a venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California, with over $10 billion under management. The firm invests in B2B software startups from seed to growth stages across four domains: Fintech, Commerce, Apps, and Infrastructure. Founded in 1984, BCV has helped launch and commercialize more than 400 companies. 

Echelon Use of Funds 

The company plans to use the funding to expand its technical team, enhance product capabilities, and scale customer delivery, while extending its AI automation capabilities to additional enterprise platforms.
