DP Technology Raises $100 Million in Funding

DP Technology, a Beijing, China-based artificial intelligence company focused on scientific applications, raised $100 million in a new funding round.

The funding came from Zhongyuan Capital, MSA Capital, Loyal Valley Capital, and Evergreen Scitech Delta, with participation from new strategic industrial players.

The new capital will be used to expand DP Technology's AI for Science-based platforms for drug discovery, materials science, energy, and other scientific fields.

DP Technology's proprietary AI solutions are already being used by leading pharmaceutical, battery design, material design, and academic organizations to make scientific advancements faster than ever before.

The company's AI platforms leverage state-of-the-art deep learning, computational modeling, and machine reasoning techniques. In the past year, DP has released large pre-trained models for molecular property prediction and quantum chemistry computation, as well as generative AI models for pocket-based drug design.
