DOSS, a San Francisco, CA–based company building an AI-native operations cloud for physical goods companies, has raised $55 million in Series B funding.

The round was co-led by Madrona and Premji Invest, with participation from Intuit Ventures, Theory Ventures, General Catalyst, Contrary Capital, and Greyhound Capital.
Madrona is a Seattle, Washington–based venture capital firm focused on early-stage technology investments. Founded in 1995, the firm primarily invests in Seed and Series A rounds, targeting startups in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, enterprise software, consumer internet, and robotics.
Premji Invest is a Bangalore-based global investment firm founded in 2006. With over $15 billion in assets under management, the firm invests across public and private markets globally, focusing on high-growth sectors including technology, consumer, financial services, and healthcare.
As part of the investment, Madrona Managing Director Karan Mehandru will join DOSS’s board.
DOSS Use of Funds
The company will use the funding to scale its AI-powered inventory management platform and strengthen its integrations with existing accounting and ERP systems.
