Dianxiaomi Raises $110 Million in Series D

Dianxiaomi, a Chinese e-commerce SaaS platform, raised $110 million in Series D funding, bringing the company’s total funding in 2022 to $210 million.

The round was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Sequoia China, with participation from Tiger Global Management, GGV Capital, and Huaxing Growth Capital.

Proceeds from the round will be used to further expand Dianxiaomi’s overseas team to accelerate international growth. Dianxiaomi plans to continue to release products in more regions and countries in the future.
